Used for thermal expansion and vibration isolation in high-temperature air and gas systems.

1.Structure of non-metallic compensator(non-metal expansion joint) :

The first part: main flexible material, generally it is fiber fabric, so it is also called fabric compensator (fabric expansion joint). Usually the materials are fluoro rubber cloth (usually the colour is black), silicone cloth (usually the colour is red), and also rubber material. it is called rubber compensator.
They have good temperature resistance and chemical resistance and can adapt to different working environments. For example:
(1) Fluorine rubber cloth can be used for corrosive denitrification, desulfurization, and flue gas pipelines
(2) Silicone cloth can be used for non-corrosive pipelines, such as fan outlets, dust removal pipelines, etc.
The Second part: End connectors: usually flange type and welding type are more commonly used

3.Size:DN108-DN3620 (round type) 700X500-2000X1000(rectangular type)
