Twin sphere rubber expansion joint is similar to single-ball joint in structure, but has a second sphere to provide more pipeline motion absorption capacity, and even higher noise and vibration control efficiency. Twin sphere rubber expansion joint can withstand the most stringent pipe system configuration. They allow for axial compression or extension, lateral deflection and angular motion.
Working Principle:
Two spherical structures are connected in series, significantly enhancing displacement compensation and angular deflection capabilities.
