Corrugated compensator

Working Principle:
The main elastic element of the corrugated expansion joint is a stainless steel bellows, which compensates for axial, lateral, and angular movements of the pipeline through the expansion and bending of the bellows.
Its functions include:
1. Compensating and absorbing axial, lateral, and angular thermal deformation of the pipeline.
2. Absorbing equipment vibration and reducing the impact of equipment vibration on the pipeline.
3. Absorbing deformation of the pipeline caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence.
Application Scenarios:
1. Pipelines with large deformation and limited spatial constraints.
2. Large-diameter pipelines with large deformation and displacement but low working pressure.
3. Equipment requiring limited pipe connection loads.
4. Pipelines requiring absorption or isolation of high-frequency mechanical vibrations.
